KIDZ ZONE Frequent Questions
How far in advance should I book my event?
We suggest you schedule the party as soon as possible. We can schedule a party up to one year in advance. Once a time slot is scheduled it is no longer available on that day.
Is a deposit required?
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. The balance due must be paid prior to any guest entering the facility.
How do I book an event?
You may reserve your party in person at the KIDZ ZONE facility or online.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
15+ days prior to party – We will apply your $75 deposit to your new date.
8-14 days prior to your party – You will lose your $75 deposit. A new deposit of $75 will be required to hold your new date.
3-7 days prior to your party – You are responsible for 50% of the party price. You will lose your $75 deposit. A new deposit of $75 will be required to hold your new date.
0-2 days prior to your party – You are responsible for 100% of the party price. You will lose your $50 deposit. A new deposit of $50 will be required to hold your new date.
Remember deposits are non-refundable (no exceptions).
Will there be any staff to supervise the kids in the play areas and party rooms?
Yes, there will be Party Host who will help you and your guests supervise safe play in the arenas, serve cake, food, beverages and clean up. Parents or adult guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children. All children at Kidz Zone must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
What are parties like at KIDZ ZONE?
When you arrive you will be greeted by your KIDZ ZONE Party Host. When guests arrive your Party host will give instructions on how to have maximum fun with maximum safety. Parents or guardians are required to complete a waiver for each child. The waiver can be completed online or completed upon arrival for your event.
You will enter the play arenas at your scheduled start time where the bouncing fun begins! After 80 minutes in the play arenas the children will put their shoes on and your private party will be escorted to the party room to enjoy any food and beverages you chose with your party package
Can I bring alcohol to KIDZ ZONE?
Who is allowed to play on the equipment?
The equipment is designed for children of various sizes and the equipment is for the safe play of the children only. Socks are required when playing on the inflatables and all children must be accompanied by an adult guardian and supervised by that adult guardian.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
When should we arrive for our party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party. To ensure guest have maximum time in play area please have waivers filled out prior to arrival.
